Junk! Clear it…

It needs clearing. Junk food, junk collection, junk thoughts. All need to be dealt with care. If not, they start affecting the physical, mental & energy of abundance.

Junk food goes undigested. It upsets & puts pressure on our digestive system. It leads to obesity & various other disorders.

The collection of Junky things leads to clutter. It blocks movement & obstructs access to useful things. It stops the inflow of useful stuff. It collects dust, rust & degrades your belongings. It diminishes your growth, abundance, health and progress.

Junk thoughts can lead towards negativity & unproductiveness. They affect our way of perception, working patterns & our energy to work.

Junk of relationship is full of pain. Holding on to it can destroy our sanity.

Junk of every type needs to be removed. It needs to be disposed of. We must clean our workplace & home. It is the only way to give way for better energies to flow around.

We must remove things which we haven’t used since long. Chose a suitable range for how long. It could be a day, a week, a month or years. If we are never going to use them, we must clean them.

Our clothes, bags or any other accessories. The best way to remove them is donating. It will keep them in circulation. This will ensure they are used by the ones who really need them.

While the donated make way for our donated items in their lives. We get clear space for things we ourselves need. It will create space for positive energy to flow.

Let’s not allow junk to accumulate. Let’s not make way for the negative energy. Let’s not let it affect our life & vision. Let’s thus not move on the path leading to frustration, irritation & depression!

Think positive, see positive. Throw away the junk. Start moving on the path leading to physical, mental & material growth. For the greatest benefit of everyone concerned.
